ChooChoo Films

ChooChoo Films is the brainchild of photographer Joel Stevens.

 

The journey began in May 2011 with Joel's directorial debut: the music video, Fallen Angel, for Dagenham based band, Flowers For Her Grave.

 

From that moment, ChooChoo Films was born.

 

Joel now works extensively with North London band, Miraculous Mule as Band Photographer and Art Director. This includes directing two official music videos as well as an album promo and a live radio session video.

 

Joel also has taken on many roles within Essex based band, Mannequins. These roles are Band Photographer, Creative Director with some management duties included as well as designing and running of the bands official website.

 

In October 2014, Joel was invited to make a film of The World Chocolate Forum 2014 that was held at The British Library and hosted by Kennedys Confection.

 

2015 has already started with a bang with the release of the long awaited, 'Glastonbury'. A film completely made by Joel and using music from unsigned bands to accompany the footage from the 2014 festival.
